Drouin has changed quickly. Alongside the older weatherboards and brick veneers near Princes Way, new estates have filled the north and east of town with young families, and the rolling country towards Jindivick and Drouin South is dotted with farmhouses on tank water and septic. Our principles
Design first
A bathroom should fit the people who use it. We start with how your household moves through the day, then shape the layout, storage, lighting and finishes around that. Drawings and a finishes schedule are settled before anything is removed.
Waterproofing done properly
Membranes are installed to AS 3740, with correct falls, bond breakers and upstands. Each stage is photographed before it is covered, and those records are handed to you at the end.
Licensed and insured
Our team is licensed and insured, and plumbing and electrical work is completed by licensed trades who supply compliance certificates where required.
Clear communication
You will know what is happening each week, who is on site and what decisions are coming up. Questions are answered promptly, and changes are confirmed in writing.
Care for your home
We protect floors, entries and paths, manage dust, and leave the site tidy each day, because most of our clients live at home throughout the work.

3. Ordering and scheduling, so materials arrive before they are needed.
4. Construction, from strip-out and structural repairs to waterproofing, tiling and fit-off.
5. Handover, with a walk-through, care guidance, warranties and compliance documents.
